    Vice President

    Fawaz Halwani has a Production Engineering degree from King Abdulaziz University and an MBA at Leicester University in the United Kingdom. He has more than 10 years experience in the food industry business in the field of marketing and management. He has held various key positions at Halwani Bros in production, sales and business development. In 2007 he was appointed by the BOD as a vice president. He is currently a member of Jeddah Minaret Business Organization (MBO), Saudi Trade Mark committee and the president of Saudi Industrial Food Committee.

    Halwani Bros Quality Assurance Department is driven by the company’s Quality and Food Safety Policy in compliance with the safety and quality requirements of national and international organizations such as Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO), International Organization for Standardization(ISO) and FAO/WHO Codex Alimentarius Commission.

    Mounib Al Issa has a Bsc in Food Technology at Damascus University in Syria. He has 27 years of experience in food processing and development and quality assurance. He is a member of the Saudi Society for Food and Nutrition and was a member of SASO (Saudi Arabian Standards Organization) Technical Team for Standardization. He has been working with Halwani Bros since 1980 in various senior positions .

  • Khalid Nagadi

    Human Resources Director

    As a 'business partner' in HB, I am running teams of Business Partners throughout HB. Being a business partner implies , not only provide a service, but also add value to HB. I am contributing to overall company strategy and policy making by advising the Top Management, department directors/ managers on the personnel and/or human resource implications of their decisions.

    Khaled Nagadi has a BSc in Business Administration from the USA. He has more than 25 years of experience in the human resource discipline. Prior to Halwani Bros, he was the Vice President of HR at AlMajal G4S. He has been the head of the Human Resource department of Halwani Bros since 2007.

  • Faisal AL Khalaf

    Plant Director

    Faisal Alkhalaf has Bsc in Electrical Engineering and MBA in Business Administration. He has 12 years in professional experience in planning and project management. He delivered several large scale industrial projects in Proctor & Gamble including manufacturing lines, processes, buildings, utilities. As well he worked previously in Saudi electricity company as planning engineer in head office doing the company master planning and load forecasting for the distribution network in eastern province for 4 years.

    عبدالعزيز جميل زيني، حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في ادارة التسويق من جامعة كنساس في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية بالاضافة الى عضوية الانشطة المجتمعية في جمعية التسويق الامريكية.

    يتمتع عبدالعزيز بخبرة تجازوت ال15 عاما في مجال الادارة وتسويق المنتجات استطاع من خلالها قيادة عدة علامات تجارية في شركات محلية وعالمية بفضل خبرته الواسعة في وضع الاستراتيجيات التسويقية  بالاضافة الى قدرته على ادارة وتطوير فريق العمل.

    يعمل عبدالعزيز زيني حاليا على اصدار ونشر كتابة الجديد في التسويق تحت عنوان "الدليل الكامل للتسويق لغير المسوقين " والذي يهدف الى نشر مفهوم و ثقافة التسويق للجميع.

    Satyendra Suman has a Bachelor of Technology in Dairy & Food Science from College of Dairy & Food Science Technology, India and MBA (Cond..) in International Business Management from UBI, Brussels. He is having almost 10 Years of versatile experience in the field of Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, Quality Control, Food Safety/Allergens & Regulatory affairs within FMCG Industries.

    Satyendra is certified food safety professional and he has extensive experience in accreditation and implementation of International systems (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, AIBI and FSSC 22000) in Food Industries.

    Before joining Halwani Bros, he worked with Almarai Company as Quality Assurance Manager and played importance role in several new projects & system establishment. His vital role was in continual improvement projects for quality certifications (ISO & AIBI) and built-in strong quality management system during acquisition phase of company with 7Days & western bakeries.

    He was also associated with brand like Nestle & Paras Dairy.

This would not be possible without our unmatched R&D process , capability, state-of-art R&D Technology , nutritional & sensory science and passion for convenience , health and wellness in everything we do.

    Laxman Singh Parmar has a Bachelor of Technology in Dairy & Food Science degree from MPUAT India , and a MBA (Con.) in International Business from United Business Institutes , Belgium. He has 9 years of versatile experience in the food industries in field of New Product Development , Technical Projects , Business Development , Innovation , Renovation , Operations and Portfolio Management. Laxman has strong scientific and technical expertise on senior level roles from multinational companies like Nestle and Almarai. His latest role before Joining Halwani Bros was Product Development Manager for Almarai Company and he had supported system establishment , major NPD projects and cost saving benefits to business to elevate rapid growth of Company during his tenure. Laxman is also member of World Food Programme Community and Co-founder of NGO named Anjany Foundation works for woman empowerment in India. He is sport lover and passionate for Golf and Cricket. He has joined Halwani Bros in 2014 as Research & Development Director for Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
